And the following ANCs have only one candidate, and that candidate didn't respond to multiple emails over the course of about 2 months: 1A01, 1A05, 1A07, 1A09, 1B02, 1B03, 1B04, 1B06, 1B09, 1B10, and 1B11.
To be honest, if you live in one of those districts I encourage you not to vote for the candidate on the ballot. If they can't be bothered to respond to multiple emails asking them to state their positions so constituents can get educated, they probably aren't worth voting for. Sure, people are busy and don't check email all the time, but at the same time, those are the email addresses they provided to the Board of Elections, and part of an ANC commissioner's job is to be accessible to their constituents. As you can tell, this is frustrating to me.
